"Late Show with David Letterman," CBS:
"? "Good news, ladies and gentlemen, we have finally located weapons of mass destruction: It's Dick Cheney."
"? "But here is the sad part "? before the trip Donald Rumsfeld had denied the guy's request for body armor."
"? "We can't get Bin Laden, but we nailed a 78-year-old attorney."
"? "The guy who got gunned down, he is a Republican lawyer and a big Republican donor and fortunately the buck shot was deflected by wads of laundered cash. So he's fine. He took a little in the wallet."

"The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," NBC:
"? "Although it is beautiful here in California, the weather back East has been atrocious. There was so much snow in Washington, D.C., Dick Cheney accidentally shot a fat guy thinking it was a polar bear.
"? "That's the big story over the weekend. ... Dick Cheney accidentally shot a fellow hunter, a 78-year-old lawyer. In fact, when people found out he shot a lawyer, his popularity is now at 92 percent."
"? "I think Cheney is starting to lose it. After he shot the guy he screamed, 'Anyone else want to call domestic wire tapping illegal?'"
"? "Dick Cheney is capitalizing on this for Valentine's Day. It's the new Dick Cheney cologne. It's called Duck!"

I'd rather hunt with Dick than ride in a car with Ted....
Blub, blub, blub, gurgle, blub.....
"Yes, there are two paths you can go by
But in the long run
There's still time to change the road you're on."
Nothing like coming off a 3 beer buzz with a sawed off 12-gauge shotgun by gosh...
"Morals..."
Remember America, drinking is morally ok
Now every (R) in the country will consider it ok to drink
Remember when the Republican party was supposed to stand for morals? Anyone who believes that also believes that Ted Kennedy is good for the Democratic party. Give me a break!
If you are looking for morals, I wouldn't look toward any of those right-wing cronies running this country right now

because he is famous/political figure.
Why was Clinton having an affair such a big deal? Millions of people every day have affairs in the united states.

Yeah I mean cheating on your wife and running a corrupt law firm isn't anything to look at as immoral.

You get out of this area, and in every restauarant you go to at lunch time, people will have a beer or 2 with there lunch. Not an uncommon thing at all.
It is hard to fail, but it is worse never to have tried to succeed.

Bill Clinton did not claim to be a morals kind of guy. What he did was wrong.
This administration has build its concepts on morals. That is why this is a shocker. Cheney had a beer...No big deal to some people. A lot of Republicans supports though see it totally different. I don't have to mention that group for anyone to know who they are.
To me and a lot of "those people" drinking is a sin. 1 beer is as bad as 100 beer. Again, this would not be a big deal if Bush and company hadn't basically won two elections on morals. I'm a practice what you preach kind of guy.

Im not totally 100% convinced that drinking a beer is a sin. You know a great deal more about the Bible than I do however so Im in no position to argue.
But if you ever manage to get out of Dickenson County in your life lpd06, you'll see that everything is not as sheltered and people can have a beer with their lunch without fear of someone saying they are a sinner and going to hell. To some people beer is just like drinking Ice Tea with their lunch. They are not drinking if for the "buzz", they just enjoy the taste.
